Effective September 17, 2026 · Trackity: Habit Tracker
Email inkpocket.app@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Telling us your iPhone model and what you were doing when it went wrong saves a round trip.
No. Trackity has no account and no sign-in. Your habits live on your device. That also means we cannot recover them for you if you delete the app without a backup.
No. Unlimited habits and every widget are free permanently. That promise is the reason the app exists, and it will not change in a later version.
Not necessarily. Open the evening review and you can still tick off any of the last three days. You decide whether a slip breaks the chain, not the app.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. Settings inside Trackity has a shortcut to that screen. The lifetime plan is a single payment and never renews.
Premium includes an export of every habit and completion. If you would rather have it another way, email us and we will help.
It helps to know: the model of iPhone and iOS version, whether notifications for Trackity are allowed in Settings, the reminder time you set, whether Focus or Low Power Mode was on, and which widget did not update. Send those and we can usually find the cause.
