My fax failed.

Check the country code and number, then resend. Common causes: busy line, a phone instead of a fax, a machine out of paper. Failed pages don't count.

How long does sending take?

Usually 1 to 3 minutes.

How do I receive faxes?

With Pro, open Inbox and tap Get fax number. In the free trial you get your number when the trial ends.

Where does the AI run?

With Apple's models when your iPhone has Apple Intelligence: on the device, or in Apple's Private Cloud Compute for long documents. Otherwise on OpenAI, after you allow it. Turn OpenAI off in Settings.

How do I restore my subscription?

Settings → Restore purchases, on the same Apple Account.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ScanBetter AI. Cancel during the 3-day trial and you are not charged.

Send us the recipient's number, the time you sent it, and the error the app showed.
