Effective September 12, 2026 · Bill Organizer: Pocketbill
Email inkpocket.app@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Telling us your iPhone model and what you were doing when it went wrong saves a round trip.
No, and it never will. Pocketbill has no bank integration of any kind. You enter your bills once and mark them paid as you go. That is the whole point of the app.
No. Pocketbill has no account and no sign-in. Your bills live on your device, and the daily backup lives in your own iCloud Drive where you can see it.
Restore the backup from your iCloud Drive, or export a file before you switch and import it afterwards. Both are free and neither needs a subscription.
Nothing is hidden or deleted. Every bill you saved stays visible, keeps its reminders and can be exported. The free plan holds five active bills, so only adding another bill beyond five asks for Premium.
In the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pocketbill. Cancelling there stops any future charge. You can also reach it from Settings inside Pocketbill.
If a reminder did not arrive, it helps to know: the model of iPhone and iOS version, whether notifications for Pocketbill are allowed in Settings, whether Focus or Low Power Mode was on, the bill's due date and reminder setting, and the number shown under Reminders in Pocketbill's Settings. Send those and we can usually find the cause.
