ForgeTerms of Use
Effective October 31, 2026 ยท Forge: Kegel Exercises for Men
By downloading or using Forge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app does
- Runs guided Kegel, fitness and breathing sessions, signalled by vibration and a soft sound, so you can train with your eyes closed.
- Builds a 12 week plan from your starting level, and adjusts it from how you rate each session.
- Keeps your sessions, your muscle test results and your streak in the app's own storage on your iPhone.
- Sends an optional daily reminder as a local notification, with neutral wording on the lock screen.
- Can lock the app with Face ID.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Forge on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are observed. You may not resell the app, redistribute it, or attempt to extract its source code.
What is free
Your first 7 days of Kegel sessions and the muscle test are free and do not require a subscription. Premium adds the full 12 week plan, fitness and breathing sessions, and all articles.
Subscriptions and purchases

Prices are the United States prices and are shown here for reference. The App Store shows the price in your own currency, which may differ.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, not in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. It does not renew and is not a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own policy. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase. Request one through Apple.
